Article 1 – Scope
This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions regarding the cancellation, refund and rescheduling of balloon flights, tour reservations, experience vouchers, gift cards, digital vouchers and other services purchased through dreamgifts.tr. By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this Agreement electronically.
Article 2 – Refund Period (Return Window)
Customers may request a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests are accepted within 30 days
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months
- Refunds are not applicable after reservation or usage
Article 3 – General Refund Conditions
3.1. For products/services that fall within the legal right of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded to the BUYER within 14 days following a valid withdrawal notification.
3.2. For digital products (e-vouchers, gift cards, PDF vouchers, digital experience tickets etc.), no physical return is required. However, if a digital product has already been used, reserved or transferred to a third party, no refund is possible.
3.3. If a physical product has been shipped, it must be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition in order to be eligible for a refund.
3.4. For promotional or campaign orders, any free or bonus items granted within the same campaign must also be returned for a full refund to be processed.
Article 4 – Dated Services (Cancellation Policy)
4.1. If the BUYER cancels the service at least 72 hours before the scheduled date, the full amount is refunded without deduction.
4.2. If the cancellation is made between 72 and 24 hours before the service date, 30% of the total price is retained as a fee and the remaining 70% is refunded.
4.3. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service time, no refund will be made. Rescheduling requests may be evaluated depending on operational availability, but are not guaranteed.
4.4. If the BUYER arrives late, provides incorrect information, is not fit to participate or does not attend the service for personal reasons, the service is considered “used” and no refund will be made.
Article 5 – Special Conditions for Balloon Flights
Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions and aviation regulations. In case of cancellation due to weather, customers may choose rescheduling or a full refund.
Article 6 – Digital Products (E-Vouchers – Gift Cards)
This product is a digital experience voucher. Refund eligibility may depend on reservation status.
Used, reserved or expired vouchers are non-refundable.
Article 7 – Date Changes
Date changes are possible depending on availability and timing.
Article 8 – Refund Process
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on banks.
Article 9 – Force Majeure
In case of force majeure, postponement or refund may be offered.
Article 10 – Dispute Resolution
Consumer courts and arbitration committees are authorized.
