Buyer details such as name, address, phone number and e-mail are based on the information provided by the BUYER during the order process on dreamgifts.tr.
3. Product / Service Information
The following information regarding the products/services to be purchased is displayed clearly on the basket and order confirmation screens and is also sent via e-mail:
- Type and category,
- Quantity,
- Basic features,
- Sales price including all taxes,
- Payment method,
- Delivery / performance method and estimated time.
4. Delivery and Performance
Most products and services purchased via dreamgifts.tr are delivered digitally and fall under the category of digital delivery. They may be provided through:
- E-vouchers, PDF vouchers and reservation confirmations sent by e-mail,
- SMS notifications,
- Digital documents uploaded to the buyer’s user account panel.
When a physical gift box or tangible package is included, the delivery period is indicated on the product page and the shipment is carried out by courier/shipping companies to the buyer’s address.
For digital products, delivery is usually made instantly or within a short period after payment confirmation. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect or outdated e-mail/phone information provided by the BUYER.
5. Payment Information
The order amount is collected via credit card, debit card or other online payment methods offered at checkout. All installment options, total amounts and additional fees (if any) are clearly shown to the BUYER on the payment page.
Products/services will not be delivered/performed prior to successful payment. If the payment is cancelled, rejected or reversed (chargeback) by the bank or payment institution, the SELLER reserves the right to cancel the order and stop the service.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable consumer legislation, the BUYER may, as a general rule, exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
However, specific exceptions apply, especially for:
- Services related to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering and leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period,
- Digital content delivered instantly (e-vouchers, digital gift cards, downloadable files etc.),
- Personalised products or services prepared in line with the consumer’s preferences.
These exceptions, where applicable, are indicated on the relevant product page.
7. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the BUYER must notify the SELLER in writing or via a permanent data storage tool (e.g. e-mail) within the 14-day period. After the notification is received, the refund process is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation.
For physical products, they must be unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition. For digital products, no physical return is required; however, refunds may not be possible for e-vouchers or similar products that have already been used or reserved.

In the event of a dispute, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s jurisdiction are authorised.
9. Declaration
By confirming the order on dreamgifts.tr, the BUYER declares that they have read this Preliminary Information Form electronically, understood its content and accepted the Distance Sales Agreement together with all its provisions.
