- Call centre, e-mail and SMS communications,
- Social media accounts, online advertisements and campaign forms,
- Payment and invoicing processes,
- Reservation systems, operational forms and contracts.
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, such as “necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract”, “fulfilment of legal obligations”, “legitimate interests” and, where required, your explicit consent.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in line with the principles stated in the KVKK for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing customer and membership accounts,
- Carrying out reservation and sales transactions for balloon flights, tours, accommodation and experiences,
- Managing payment, invoicing and accounting processes,
- Receiving, evaluating and resolving customer requests and complaints,
- Improving service quality, conducting product/service development and statistical analysis,
- Planning and operating tours, flights and related services, ensuring operational and passenger safety,
- Fulfilling record-keeping obligations, legal reporting and audit requirements,
- Sending promotional and marketing communications, provided that your explicit consent has been obtained.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, under appropriate technical and organisational measures, to:
- Our business partners, suppliers and service providers (tour operators, balloon companies, accommodation facilities, IT and consultancy providers),
- Banks, payment institutions and virtual POS providers,
- Legally authorised public institutions and regulatory authorities, where required by law,
- Cloud service providers, hosting companies and reservation platforms located in Turkey or abroad,
in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK and the conditions stipulated for domestic and cross-border data transfers.
5. Rights of the Data Subject Under KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to Dreamgifts as data controller and request:
- Information on whether your personal data is processed,
- Information about the processing, if your data has been processed,
- Information on the purposes of processing and whether your data is used in line with those purposes,
- Information on third parties to whom your data is transferred, at home or abroad,
- Correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- Deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK,
- Notification of such corrections, deletions or destructions to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- Objection to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of data exclusively by automated systems,
- Compensation for damages in case you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
6. Application Method and Contact
You may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK to Dreamgifts in writing or by using other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests will be evaluated and concluded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
