1.2 Buyer Information
BUYER information consists of the name, address, phone and e-mail details entered during checkout.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement covers the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale, delivery and performance of the products/services ordered electronically via the SELLER’s website.
3. Product and Service Information
All product/service details and prices are displayed on the order confirmation screen and in the e-mail sent to the BUYER.
4. General Provisions
BUYER acknowledges having read and accepted all information regarding the product/service prior to confirming the order. Digital products are usually delivered instantly or within a short time to the provided e-mail/SMS.
If the payment is not completed or is cancelled by the payment institution for any reason, the SELLER is not obliged to fulfill the order.
5. Delivery & Performance
Physical products are delivered to the BUYER’s stated address. Digital products such as e-vouchers and experience confirmations are delivered by e-mail or SMS. SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect buyer information.
6. Right of Withdrawal
As per consumer regulations, BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing or via a permanent data storage method.
7. Cases Where Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
- Balloon flights, tours, accommodation and events tied to a specific date or time,
- Digital products delivered instantly (e-vouchers, gift cards, PDF files),
- Customized or personalized products/services,
- Services started with BUYER’s explicit approval,
- Expired digital vouchers or services.
8. Dispute Resolution
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s district are authorized.
BUYER confirms electronically that they have read, understood and accepted this Agreement.
