1. General Principles
At Dreamgifts, we prioritise the security of all card payments made via dreamgifts.tr and apply internationally recognised security standards.
Payment transactions are processed via secure virtual POS infrastructure provided by banks and licensed payment institutions, protected by SSL encryption and, where applicable, 3D Secure authentication.
2. SSL Encryption
All pages on dreamgifts.tr where card details are entered are protected with 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.

- Your card data is transmitted in encrypted form between your device and the bank/payment institution.

3. 3D Secure Safe Payment
3D Secure is an additional security layer offered by your bank to verify that the cardholder is the person making the transaction (e.g. “Verified by Visa”, “MasterCard SecureCode”).
- During payment, you may be redirected to your bank’s 3D Secure page.
- You confirm the transaction with a one-time password (SMS code) or mobile banking approval.
- The transaction will not be completed without this verification, reducing the risk of unauthorised use.
Where available, using 3D Secure is strongly recommended for your card payments.
4. No Storage of Card Details
Dreamgifts does not store or access your full card number, expiry date or CVV code in its own systems.
- Your card information is sent directly to the secure environment of the bank or payment institution.
- Dreamgifts stores only transaction results, approval/decline information and reference numbers.
- This eliminates the risk of your card data being compromised through Dreamgifts’ systems.
5. Fraud (Sahtecilik) Prevention and Security Checks
To protect our customers and business partners, Dreamgifts works together with banks and payment institutions to apply fraud monitoring and security checks.
- Additional verification may be requested in case of suspicious transactions.
- Reservations or orders may be temporarily suspended or cancelled if necessary.
- In the event of suspected unauthorised use, the bank and relevant authorities may be notified.
Dreamgifts reserves the right to cancel or request additional documentation for orders that are considered risky or suspicious.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers also have certain responsibilities in ensuring payment security:
- Do not share your card or online banking passwords with anyone.
- Avoid using public/shared computers or unsecured Wi-Fi networks for payment transactions whenever possible.
- Keep your browser and operating system up to date and use security software.
- Immediately contact your bank and Dreamgifts if you notice any suspicious activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dreamgifts uses security systems provided by banks and licensed payment institutions. In cases such as the theft of card details, sharing of card information with third parties or unauthorised use of the card, primary responsibility lies with the cardholder and the issuing bank.
Dreamgifts cannot be held liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its control, issues related to internet service providers, or security vulnerabilities on the customer’s own device.
