For speed and simplicity, every Dreamgifts experience includes a free e-voucher:
- After your purchase is confirmed, a personalised PDF voucher containing your voucher code and PIN is automatically sent to the e-mail address you provide.
- You can save it to your phone, tablet or computer, or print it out and present it as a physical gift.
- The e-voucher is formatted with a clean, premium layout that matches the Dreamgifts brand, ready to be shared or wrapped.
If you can’t see the e-mail in your inbox, please remember to check your Spam / Junk folder and mark Dreamgifts as a trusted sender.

Depending on the product and campaign, premium packaging may be offered as an optional paid add-on. Any additional cost will be clearly shown during checkout.
Physical vouchers and premium packaging are delivered via trusted courier partners across Turkey. All parcels are prepared with secure packing to keep your envelope or box in perfect condition.
- Delivery is available to most addresses within the Republic of Turkey.
- Estimated delivery times and fees are displayed on the basket / checkout page, based on your address and selected method.
- During public holidays, special campaigns or adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once your physical package is dispatched, we may share a tracking reference from the courier company so you can follow the journey of your gift.
- You may receive a tracking link or code depending on the courier partner used.
- In case the recipient is not available at the address, standard courier procedures (re-delivery or collection points) will apply.
If you notice an error in the delivery address, wish to add a note to your parcel, or have a special request regarding timing or presentation, please contact our Dreamgifts support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
- While we cannot guarantee every last-minute change, we will always do our best to help and offer practical options.
